Getting Started
To get started please give me a ring or email me to arrange an initial no cost with no obligation to return 30 minute introductory meeting. This is to see if I am the right therapist for you. We can discuss what you want to get out of counselling and  I will share with you what I can offer.

You may want to have a think before arranging any further sessions and get in touch at a later date or you may  decide quite quickly. If we do agree to work together, we can then arrange when to meet and how often .  Alternatively if you do not wish to have counselling with me that is fine. It is important that you feel comfortable with who you see and that your counsellor can meet your needs. 

I am currently  working face to face from my comfortable therapy room in Whaley bridge, High peak, Derbyshire.  I also offer  therapy and also counselling  supervision and consultancy via an easy to access video platform called doxy.me. Doxy.me is accessible by clicking on a link I send to you via email alongside easy to follow instructions. There is no need to download anything to access doxy.me
